Both China and Russia are now aware that the Sino-Russian oil and gas cooperation is the trend of the times, which obtains great strategic significance for both parties to plan their economic development in the post-crisis era. Especially for China, in the context of economic globalization, fierce competition for energy resources in the international market and increasing energy demand at home, China will be in the position of the buyer in a long time, therefore more attention to the Sino-Russian oil and gas cooperation should be paid. Our oil and gas cooperation with Russia should not be taken as an expedient measure.
